Project overview

Zinnov is a B2B SaaS platform that helps Global Capability Centers (GCCs) optimize workforce planning, operational efficiency, and employer branding. It offers data-driven tools like the Maturity Assessment Portal, Cost Benchmarking, and Compensation Insights to aid strategic decision-making. The Site Scorecard helps GCCs track impact and align with business goals. With these solutions, Zinnov enables enterprises to scale efficiently and drive sustainable growth.

Challenge

A key challenge was creating an advanced Figma prototype for A/B testing, ensuring a realistic and interactive experience for validation. With multiple stakeholders, aligning diverse goals while maintaining design consistency was complex. From a UX perspective, balancing data-heavy insights with intuitive navigation was critical to prevent cognitive overload. Additionally, integrating benchmarking tools seamlessly while ensuring scalability required iterative testing and refinements.

Design Process

The design process for Zinnov began with stakeholder discussions to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. Extensive research and competitive analysis were conducted to align with best practices in B2B SaaS & HR Tech. Next, user flows and information architecture were structured to ensure seamless navigation across benchmarking tools. Wireframes and prototypes were created, refining interactions for A/B testing. From a UX perspective, emphasis was placed on simplifying data-heavy insights with intuitive layouts. After multiple iterations and feedback loops, the final design balanced scalability, usability, and business alignment for an efficient user experience.

Strategic Design Approach

For Zinnov, a strategic design approach was taken to balance business objectives, user needs, and scalability. Given the complexity of benchmarking tools, the design needed to be both data-driven and user-friendly, ensuring clarity without overwhelming users.

A modular design system was implemented to maintain visual and functional consistency across various tools like the Maturity Assessment Portal, Cost Benchmarking, and Compensation Insights. This approach allowed for scalability and flexibility, adapting to future enhancements.

To ensure usability, advanced prototyping in Figma was created for A/B testing, enabling validation of user interactions before development. User-centric workflows were designed to streamline navigation for diverse stakeholders, ensuring smooth decision-making.

Finally, continuous feedback loops and iterative refinements helped align the design with stakeholder expectations. The result was an intuitive, efficient, and scalable platform that simplified complex data insights while delivering a seamless user experience.
